The way to optimise the available resources to achieve our objectives, your objectives.

Achieve the optimal “cost-planning-quality”

The constant ongoing competition between the engineering companies as well as the new types of missions demanded by the public sector have a direct impact on their working dynamics. These companies must, continuously, invest and innovate not only in the products and the services provided to their clients but also in their internal efficiency. Projects nowadays include all these investments in order to achieve the optimised outcome of the combination of cost, planning and quality.

Client’s expectations with regards to the project’s management: unity in the project’s steering and reporting for the design and works packages. In order to achieve this and ensure the transverse approach, setec tpi has mobilised a strong project direction as well as transverse project roles (risk and planning management). A collaborative platform of work (Teams) is used as well as the OBEYA method in order to channel the information efficiently both internally and with the client.
