The New Paris Courthouse unites all the Paris court services together. Previously, these services were scattered in five different sites. The project consists of two buildings which form a « L » shape from an aerial view.

Design services — Foundations, concrete and steel structures during all the project stages:

BIM

Each of the the RPBW, setec tpi, setec bâtiment and Majorelle teams have built their own REVIT 3D model. This allowed for the collaborative production of the project's geometry, as well as the utilities interfaces' assessment, the production of the formwork drawings and the BoQs.




Special foundations

Underground levels of the building executed thanks to the protection of a strut and anchored diaphragm wall.
